We want your shopping experience at Ysera London to be effortless and enjoyable. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist you through our 14-day return policy.
Standard Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, and with tags intact.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be shipped to our supplier’s address in China.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@yseralondon.com. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Want a different item? The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.
